PCT 2 was one of the few Central Texas agencies representing the Texas Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics members in the Cavender's Paper Torch Campaign. Thank you to Cavender’s for raising money for Special Olympics Texas and the athletes. Constable Ballesteros is grateful to help out in this wonderful organization.
